Sandrine Lits

Sandrine Lits has more than 15 years of experience in Human Resources in Small and medium companies as well as Large Organisations such as Orange Belgium. Throughout her career, she managed different responsibilities within HR departments, giving her a thorough understanding of the various stakes, expertises and processes within Human Resource departments.

Alternately recruiter, HR Business partner, Payroll manager, Sandrine has participated to several high stakes projects within HR such as new IT systems implementation, partner management with new suppliers, implementation and management of outsourcing etc.

Following these various experiences, she has decided to focus on change management consultancy, realising that too often teams were not supported in the change process, creating a lack of engagement or ambition among key stakeholders impacted by the new strategy of the company or group.
